In this Spring 2022 release by Birmingham-based artist Jon Jones, we see the artist skilfully capture the contours of the human form and depth of a scene in monochrome. The result is a highly atmospheric artwork full of stark realism and a bold but unconventional composition; where the sitter of the portrait is sitting to the side rather than in the centre.

Subtle tones of cream, white, black, and grey conflict and contrast to fill this piece with detail and texture. Bespoke framed in black stained radiata pine wood, this macabre yet elegant artwork is a unique centrepiece for any space.
